PJ completed his undergraduate degree at Boston University with a B.A. in health science and his M.P.H at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health with a concentration in health and human rights. Currently he serves as Director of the Northern Plains Tribal Epidemiology Center (NPTEC) and GPTCHB’s Sexually Transmitted Infections and Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program (STITPPI). In addition to his MPH, PJ has been certified in public health by the National Board of Public Health Examiners. He has been at the health board since May 2014.
