Fill Out a Survey, Get $50

October 8, 2021

If you are an enrolled member of a federally recognized tribe, reside on the Cheyenne River, Pine Ridge, or Rosebud Reservations or within the Contract Health Service Delivery Area of your local IHS hospital, and are 18 years of age or older, you are eligible to participate in a research survey to help assess the social, cultural, and economic factors that affect the affordability, availability and acceptability of COVID-19 vaccinations and testing within your tribal community.

A collaborative research team from the Great Plains Tribal Leaders Health Board, Avera Health, South Dakota State University, and the Massachusetts General Hospital is currently seeking survey participants to consent and complete the 30 to 45-minute survey. Upon completion of the survey, you will be mailed a $50 Visa gift card for your time.

If you are interested in participating or would like to learn more, please visit the online link at:

https://redcap.partners.org/redcap/surveys/?s=TRFN3F4XH9 to take the survey online. Or, if you would prefer to take the survey over the phone, please call 605-721-7410 to speak to the study coordinator Gina Johnson at the Great Plains Tribal Leaders Health Board. She is available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 AM to 3 PM Mountain Time. That number is 605-721-7410. Again, the survey will only be available for a limited period of time. They look forward to learning from the community.
